I've has been in the IT industry for almost 20 years, doing everything from help desk support to project management. I'm a certified Microsoft geek with all the pertinent certs (MCSE, MCSA, MCT).

I write the weekly  Prof. PowerShell (formerly Tip Sheet )column for MCPMag.com and the monthly Mr. Roboto column for REDMOND magazine (starting in 2007). You can also find my monthly column, Practical PowerShell, in the Windows Administration in RealTime eJournal.

 I'm the co-author of Advanced VBScript for Microsoft Windows Administrators (Microsoft Press 2006) and Windows PowerShell v1.0:TFM 2nd Edition  (SAPIEN Press 2006) with Don Jones now in its 2nd edition.
